Reservationless-Plus Conferencing:
- Upon activation of your
account, you will receive a toll-free
dial-in number* and an unique
conference code. Give the
entry code to your meeting attendees, and
reserve the Leader PIN for
yourself as it will give you extra controls
over your meeting (see Command
Keys below).
- At meeting time, everyone
dials the toll-free number and enters the
conference entry code.
- If the Leader has not
yet joined the call, Participants will hear
music-on-hold until the Leader joins the
meeting by entering the Leader PIN code when
prompted. At that point, all lines
will be activated.
- As new callers enter, you
will hear a tone to signal that they have
joined the meeting.
- To exit the conference at
the end of the meeting, callers may simply
hang up.
*Toll-free
dial-in numbers serve the US, México, and Puerto
Rico. For other locations, additional toll
free numbers can be assigned. A toll dial-in number will also be
assigned to your account to allow access for
callers for whom toll-free access is NOT
available. If you have questions regarding
international conference calling, contact
Account Managment at +1 (800) 721-3913 / +1 (706) 634-1370,

Your Entry Code and Leader
PIN:
- Conference Code: This
code is assigned by ConferenceCall.com Venezuela when your account is activated.
Give this number out to all those you wish to invite to a conference. Participants will automatically be placed on hold until a
Leader PIN is entered to activate the conference.
- Leader PIN: The
Leader PIN consists of 4-digits.
Entering this code will activate the conference so that everyone can speak. All callers who enter the conference on this
code will also have access to the Leader Controls listed below. You should be very cautious about giving out this
code, as whoever has it will be able to use your conferencing account at any time.
- Music-on-hold
allows participants to hear music while
waiting for the Leader to begin the
conference. If immediate interaction is
required, contact us to change this setting.
- Conference announcement is
set to tone entry and silent exit; however,
entry and exit options can be changed or the
participant name may be announced.
- Number of lines available
is set at 25 for all conferences; however,
if your needs require something outside of
this, please contact us at +1 (800) 721-3913 / +1 (706) 634-1370 to
discuss your alternate needs.

-
Conference calls are accessed by dialing a toll-free conference center number, and entering a
passcode which is specific to your meeting.
In a few cases, toll-free phone numbers which
connect directly to a specific conference may be issued (i.e., Operator
Assisted meetings).
-
A reservation is required for each conference call. Make your reservation in plenty of time to distribute the phone number and passcode to all invitees. To keep your meetings secure, we can only give information about how to access a particular call to the reserver or Leader of that conference call. Reservations
can be made by calling +1 (800) 721-3913 / +1 (706) 634-1370.
-
Passcodes are activated
15 minutes before scheduled start time.
If participants try to call in before the
passcode is activated, they will not be able
to access their conference. If you need to begin
your conference earlier that the originally
scheduled start time, call to reschedule.
Automated
Procedures:
This service is completely automated. Entry is quick & uncomplicated. No operator is present during the conference.
-
Automated Call Entry
Lines open 15 minutes early. Callers dial the assigned toll-free number and at the voice prompt they enter their specified
passcode. If the passcode is valid, they will then be transferred into the automated interactive 'LIVE' call. Note: There is NO "Music-on-Hold" option with this service, so if you are the first caller, you will enter a silent conference. So if you don't hear anything after you connect, this is normal, and means the system is working correctly!
-
Assistance If operator assistance is required during your call,
press *0.
Operator Assisted Procedures:
These conferences are completely customizable,
so be sure to discuss your options in detail
with a Reservationist. Below
are a few options that you can request from
our operators as part of this service:
-
Operator Answers All Calls
The operator manually answers each incoming call asking for their name, company and any other specific information you require.
-
Operator Dials out to Participants
If the operator is provided with the names and numbers of the participants required on your conference call, the operator(s) will dial each participant and announce them into the call.
-
Customized Script Reading
Our operators can read any customized introduction or script during your conference call. Simply include detailed instructions when you make your reservation.
-
Roll Call
The operator can perform a roll call and provide a professional announcement to start your call.
-
Question & Answer
At your cue, the operator can facilitate a formal Q&A session. The operator will announce instructions for how to be placed in the "questions queue". Each questioner's line will be un-muted when it is their turn to speak.
-
Touch-Tone Polling & Voting
Either the conference Leader or the operator
may ask multiple-choice questions of the
audience, and they can respond by pressing the appropriate number on
their telephone. The operator
will record the results, and report them
to the conference leader or reserver, in the manner you specify.
International
Conferencing:
For our international users we provide toll
and toll-free lines. International callers have two options when using the toll line: dial-out or dial-in.
-
Option 1, Dial-Out, allows an operator to connect the international parties to a call without incurring any long distance charges through their phone service provider.
-
Option 2, Dial-In, allows callers to simply dial a different toll phone number to connect to our system and you will be charged for their call like any other conference call.
International participants will be
billed separately for this toll
connection to the U.S. through their
local telephone provider.
